Identify your customer prior video call/ chat

The plugin helps you easily collect critical customer information -- specifically name and email -- before the interaction begins, using the pre-call/chat form. 

How it works:

When the user clicks on a video call or live chat they will be prompted to fill in their name and email before they can proceed.

Why is this important? 

* Easily contact your missed calls/chats.

* Send new leads to your CRM using Zapier.

* Manage your clients in Consolto’s mini-CRM.

Turn on pre-call/chat form

Go to the Widget Center and click on the advanced features tab on the left panel.

The text that is presented to the customers is also configurable.
