The identify customer prior call/chat form allows you to collect customer Name & Email before session starts.
How it works:
When the user clicks on Video Call or Live chat message he will get a form to fill Name and Email.
* You will be able to contact your missed calls/ chats.
* You will be able to send this information to your CRM using Zapier.
* Manage your clients in Consolto mini CRM.
Turn on pre call chat/ call form
Go to the widget center and click on the advanced features tab on the left bar.
And turn on the pre call / chat form
