Choose action when you are not available

Making sure that there’s always someone around to handle every opportunity that comes in through your website can be mission impossible. With Consolto, you never miss an opportunity, even if you’re busy with another client or just not available!


Set Action:

Go to the Video chat settings by clicking here.

Choose up to 2 actions to appear on your Widget from here 

  1. Schedule - If you want your client to schedule a meeting with you.
  2. Contact form - The user will be able to fill in their name email and leave a message for you.
  3. Live chat -The user will be able to send you a live chat message that will appear in the "chat center".
  4. Retry call- The user will be able to call you again.
  5. Facebook messenger - The user will be able to send you a Facebook message. Make sure that you’ve already connected your Facebook business page or profile in the Widget Center located in the communication tab to enable this feature.
  6. WhatsApp - The user will be able to send you a WhatsApp message directly to your mobile phone. Make sure that you’ve already inserted your phone number in the Widget Center located in the communication tab to enable this feature.

Now create a custom message to show visitors when you’re not available. ‍
