Our new one-click audio call option kicks-off calls with the camera turned off, which is perfect for camera shy customers or for you if you’re not interested in showing your face for any reason. We’ve added a new icon to your widget so that customers will have no problem getting audio calls started with you.
- Anonymous calls can get tedious. Especially when you’re trying to run a business and develop long-term relationships with your customers. Turn on our new pre-call customer ID feature so that customers leave you their name and email before they start communicating with you directly. Once the name has been entered, Consolto automatically updates the info in the relevant customer profile section in your back office.
