We've reached the end of our four-phase journey, and we're thrilled to announce that Consolto's Group Rooms and Group Chat are finally here, ready to redefine the way you connect with your customers online. As promised, we've delivered a comprehensive solution that provides both group rooms and instant calls, all in one package!

First things first, let's take a quick trip down memory lane, shall we? It all started with our vision of creating the best conferencing solution for personal business-customer interactions. We embarked on this four-phase mission with the sole aim of making your online communication experience seamless, interactive, and inclusive.

Back in December 2022, phase one marked the launch of our improved on-demand group video experience, enabling you to add additional people to the meeting when they click to join from either the widget or the ClickNTalk page.

The journey continued with the launch of the Group Scheduling feature in the second phase. This enabled appointment scheduling of multiple attendees, making it a breeze to organize group meetings. Now, you can easily coordinate with your customers and your team, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

And now, the moment you've been waiting for - the completion of phases three and four! We're delighted to introduce you to our Group Rooms and Group Chat, both designed to take your customer interactions to a whole new level.

First, let's explore our Group Rooms. These are unique spaces where agents and customers can come together for meetings, similar to Zoom and Google Meet. But what sets Consolto's Group Rooms apart? It's the combination of pre-scheduled meetings (Group Rooms) and the ability to instantly connect with customers through instant calls when they visit your website.
