Before starting, make sure you have a camera and mic on your device. You'll also need access to your website's code.
If you don't have a website, refer to the Consolto personal page blog.
Step 1: Login to your Consolto Backoffice and make sure you're availability is set to "Available".
Step 2: Copy the script from the Widget Center.
IMPORTANT: if you have a multi-agent account and would like to install the multi-agent widget, please copy the script from the account-center
Step 3: Paste it on your website's HTML code, preferably in the end of the <body> tag.
Step 4: Load your website. You will see the Consolto widget on the bottom right. Click it and hit the "Call" button.
Step 5: Answer the call from your Consolto Backoffice and let the magic begin.
It's always better to use an HTTPS website as the user experience is much better.
Feel free to setup and configure the look&feel of your plugin from the Consolto widget center.
