The Consolto contact form is fully-integrated with other functions such as the scheduling and the videochat.
Once your clients leave a message, you will receive a notification (based on your notification preferences on the personal-settings tab).
Another nice integration is triggered when a video-call is rejected or the agent is not available. The site visitor will be request to leave a message and the contact form will pop up. That way you never miss a lead. Alternatively, you can select other actions that will be taken when calls are un-attended or rejected.
