The Consolto contact form is fully-integrated with other functions such as the scheduling and the videochat.
Once your clients leave a message, you will receive a notification (based on your notification preferences on the personal-settings tab). After the form is submitted, your client will be redirected to the first "app" on the widget (Videochat in the example below).
Another nice integration is triggered when a video-call is rejected or the agent is not available. The site visitor will be request to leave a message and the contact form will pop up. That way you never miss a lead.
