In case the video chat doesn't start, we'd recommend starting with the following things to check: 

Call doesn't ring on my side

  1. Check that your availability is set to "Available"
  2. If you've set a paypal email, make sure the paypal email is valid. Try switching paypal email off

No video being captured on my peer's side (I can't see them)

  1. Verify that your peer has a camera connected.
  2. Make sure the device/browser your peer is using are supported: Windows/Linux/Mac/Android - supporting all major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox); iOS (iPhone, iPad) - Safari only.
  3. Check that your peer's camera is enabled and no other program is "holding" it.
  4. Make sure your peer has approved access to the camera when the call starts
  5. If it's a paid call, the video will start only AFTER payment

No video being captured on my side (They don't see me)

  1. Verify that your camera is connected and enabled. Verify that no other program is "holding" it
  2. Make sure you've approved access to the camera when the call started
  3. Make sure the device/browser you're using are supported: Windows/Linux/Mac/Android - supporting all major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox); iOS (iPhone, iPad) - Safari only.
  4. If it's a paid call, the video will start only AFTER payment
