All of us keep everything organized in files on our computers. With Consolto, you can share these files with your customers and the other way around - your customers can instantly send you files while on chat.

First, open the Chat Center, where you can find your conversations with customers: 

Select a file to be sent by clicking the "File" button at the bottom of the chat box:

After selecting the file, the following screen will appear. To upload a file, you can either click to pick one, or drag and drop the file.

Once you have the file, just click “send” and it’ll be sent to your client as well as show on the customer-feed on your backoffice.

Customers can also send you files instantly by either dragging files to the widget while the chat is open OR by hitting the file icon on the chat-input line.
